Who we are

Pawblo (“we”, “us”) operates pawblo.co and app.pawblo.co. Contact: hello@pawblo.co.

What we collect

• Account info from Google Sign-In (name, email, Google user id)
• Photos you upload (dog photos) and the portraits we generate
• Order and payment metadata from Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
• Promo code redemptions
• Basic technical logs (IP, device/browser, timestamps) for security, fraud prevention, and reliability

How we use it

• To create and deliver your portraits
• To process payments and prevent fraud/abuse (including promo abuse)
• To support your account and improve the product
• To comply with law

AI processing

Uploaded photos and prompts are sent to our image-generation provider (Google Gemini / related APIs) to produce portraits. Do not upload photos of people or anything you are not allowed to use.

Sharing

We share data with processors who help us run the service, including:

• Stripe (payments)
• Google (sign-in and AI image generation)
• Hosting/storage providers (e.g. Vercel, object storage)

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

• Account data: while your account is active
• Uploads and outputs: while needed to provide downloads and support, then deleted or anonymised after 12 months
• Payment records: as required for accounting/tax

Security

We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, access controls, signed download links, rate limits). No method is 100% secure.

• Opt out of marketing email (if we send any): use unsubscribe or email us

Children

Pawblo is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your region).

International users

We may process data in Australia and other countries where our providers operate.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above will change. Material changes will be noted on the site.
