Agreement

By using pawblo.co or app.pawblo.co you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

Pawblo turns a photo of a dog into stylised studio-style portraits using AI. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts

You must sign in (Google) with accurate details and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your photos & licence

You must own the photo or have permission to use it. You grant us a limited licence to upload, process, store, and display the photo and outputs solely to provide the service (including AI generation via our providers).

You retain ownership of your original photo. Subject to payment (or a valid free promo), we grant you a personal licence to download and use the generated portraits for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content, or photos primarily of people.

Marketing use of portraits

By uploading a photo and purchasing or receiving portraits from Pawblo, you grant Pawblo a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, display, and adapt the generated portraits (and, where reasonably needed, your original upload) for our marketing and promotional purposes, including our website, social media, ads, emails, press, and investor materials. We will not sell your photos as a standalone product.

If you prefer we don’t feature your dog, email hello@pawblo.co and we’ll stop using those images in new marketing going forward.

Payment & promos

Prices are shown in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe. Portraits are generated only after successful payment (or validated free promo).

Promo codes (e.g. first-100 free, intro codes) are limited, may expire, and may be revoked for abuse. One redemption per person/email/account where stated. We may refuse suspicious redemptions.

Refunds

Digital goods: if generation clearly fails for technical reasons on our side, contact hello@pawblo.co within 7 days and we will regenerate or refund at our discretion.

Change-of-mind refunds are generally not available once generation has started, except where Australian Consumer Law (or other mandatory law) requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

No scraping, reverse engineering, reselling access, automated abuse, or attempting to bypass payment, rate limits, or promo limits.

AI & results

Outputs are AI-generated and may vary. We do not guarantee a specific likeness or style match. You are responsible for how you use downloads.

Disclaimer

Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud risk, or abuse. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts of Victoria have jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections elsewhere.
