Refunds & Credits

Short version

We charge (or redeem a promo) before generating. If our tech fails, we will make it right. Change-of-mind after generation starts is usually not refunded, except where the law says otherwise.

When we will fix or refund

• Payment succeeded but no portraits appeared after a reasonable wait
• Generation permanently failed on our side
• Duplicate charge due to our error

Contact hello@pawblo.co with your order email and roughly when you ordered. We may regenerate free or refund to the original payment method.

When we usually will not refund

• You do not like the artistic result (AI variation is expected)
• You uploaded a poor/unsuitable photo after our checker passed
• You used a free promo successfully (no charge to refund)
• Chargebacks without contacting us first (we may dispute and restrict the account)

Promos

Free/discount codes are limited. Abuse (multi-accounting, bots) may void redemptions without refund.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing here limits non-excludable consumer guarantees.
